Il Tordo Colline Novaresi Nebbiolo 2019 by La Torretta is made from younger Nebbiolo vineyards from the Colline Novaresi. The wine matures for 12 months in small 225-litre barrels. The colour is moderately intense cherry red as you can expect from a Nebbiolo wine. In the nose we experience mainly red fruit aromas and a slight spiciness. The wine is powerful in the mouth with a full flavour, elegant acids and juicy tannins. The fraicheur in the wine is striking.

Can be served widely, from poultry to red meat to game dishes.
