The Riesling Renano Passito al Vento by Roberto Scubla comes from vineyards with south and east exposure. The perfectly harvested grapes are laid out to dry for three months on a north-east exposure grid (the Bora wind ensures this). Just before Christmas, the grapes are pressed and fermentation starts in inox. Starting and stopping the fermentation after about 1 month is done by a unique system of heating/cooling the barrels.

The wine has an intense golden colour. Elegant aromas of pineapple, peach, spices and ginger. Sweet, concentrated but at the same time refreshing due to the acids and the rich minerality. A fantastic meditation wine.
