The Valle Galfina Etna Rosso by Scilio comes from young vineyards. The colour is moderately intense ruby red with slight edge development. The wine has a tertiary onset, followed by intense aromas of cherries and herbs. Long aftertaste. Combine with red meat, roasts, game and mature cheeses.
