Soil of clay and marl and at 350 m above sea level. Vinified in steel tanks with prolonged skin maceration 15 to 20 days followed by 8 months in large Slavonian and French barrels (40hl ). Medium intense cherry red colour. Lots of cherries and spice in the nose. Pure fruit in the mouth in balance with the nice acidity. Fantastic Rosso. Pairs well with pastas and meat dishes.
