De Barbaresco Meruzzano 2018 van Orlando Abrigo is afkomstig van de gelijknamige wijngaard (aangeplant in 1991) in Treiso. De kleur is licht intens kersenrood met granaatkleur in de rand. In de neus ontdekken we aroma’s van rood fruit, kirsch, hout en kruiden. Het is een volle sappige Barbaresco met veel potentieel en frisheid.

Abrigo’s 2018 Barbaresco Meruzzano is bright, aromatic and beautifully lifted. Sweet red cherry, rose petal, mint, blood orange and cinnamon give the Meruzzano a super-appealing upper register. This mid-weight yet fleshy, layered Barbaresco is a real charmer. It will be even better with a few years in the bottle.
